So there was a worse attack than Pearl Harbor or 9/11 ? Really Joe? C'mon Man!

Biden said in his speech:
The worst pandemic in a century, (I agree!)
the worst economic crisis since the Great Depression,
the worst attack on our democracy since the Civil War.
Really... worst attack over the..." During the September 11 attacks in 2001, 2,977 people were killed,"
Worse than Pearl Harbor?
The total number of military personnel killed was 2,335, including 2,008 navy personnel, 109 marines, and 218 army. Added to this were 68 civilians, making the total 2,403 people dead. 1,177 were from the USS Arizona.
C'mon MAN! Really... How many died in the "worst attack"?
Maybe the burning of our In 1812 by the British

You didn't answer the question. Your "defense" here has nothing to do with my statement.

Did these attackers come from inside the United States?...or from outside the United States?

It's a simple question.
OK... I don't know that for sure. Did the civil war start from attackers from inside the US or outside?
So what is the distinction? The police opened the doors. That's a fact!

Capitol Police Suspends 6 Officers, Investigates Dozens More After Capitol Riots

Videos from the day of the attack appear to show some officers escorting rioters inside the building. In one video, USCP officers can be seen opening barricades allowing the mob to enter the Capitol complex without resistance.

At least 140 Capitol Police officers sustained injuriesduring the riot, according to a statement by Gus Papathanasiou, chairman of the USCP Labor Committee, the union representing Capitol Police officers.

Yes, I would call January 6th the worst attack on our democracy since the Civil War.
Why? Because like the Civil War, the attack was carried out...not by foreign nationals (as Pearl Harbor and 9/11 were)...but by American citizens.
Pure, (mostly) white, aggrieved American citizens...so yeah..way worse.
.

And one unarmed woman died.

And a woman who was protesting was stomped to death by the cops.

Worse than Pearl Harbor? Worse than 9/11? Worse than Joe Biden's illegal occupation of the WH?

Well, you might have a point. It started out as a simple protest by Americans rightly demanding there be more discovery of the facts about the ribald 2020 election before rewarding some old, festering, senile bum with the job, but Nancy Pelosi intervened and as she admitted on camera on video, ignored Trump's requests for additional National Guard security and purposefully had the Cap cops assault the crowd with incendiary bombs as caught on video and inflame the event into a riot of people fighting for their lives and safety and for a voice in the left's coup de etat over the United States.

Fortunately, their siege is over and one by one, we are putting the bums behind bars where all democraps belong.

Except, neither of those things are completely true and don't tell the whole story.
Babbit might have been unarmed in the classic sense, but she refused orders to stand down. Had she made
it through the broken window, she would have unlocked the doors and let the mob in. If you belong to the party
of law and order, shouldn't you listen to the law?

And the other woman? Trampled to death by the crowd. And those three other men, thought they could climb that wall..and couldn't.

You realize there were about six USCP officers, armed with AR-15 type rifles, right behind her and were first to render aid?

Let the mob in, yeah, right.

What Constitutional right?

It is right in the very first amendment. Guess you cannot read, neither.

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Going to the Capitol protesting the certification of a man for office for which there were still innumerable questions about how he was elected was a petition to the government for a redress of our grievances.

No meh. Just stupid.

Why wasn't there the capability for USCP to interact with the congressional security detail defending the chamber?

USCP tasked with protection of all in both chambers that couldn't talk to the protective detail in chambers?

Something is terribly wrong with this picture.....and it cost a person her life.
