You guys keep posting this but over 40,000 people have been evacuated in the last few days with more coming. Trump made a deal with the Taliban that made it so the Taliban could start taking over. Biden is not why the president of the country ran and the Afghan military basically gave everything to the taliban.I don't think there was ever a chance that a democratic government and prosperous 21st century society would ever sustain itself in Afghanistan once we were no longer there. It's contrary to the very nature of that region for centuries upon centuries.
But that damn sure didn't mean the present catastrophy was inevitable. As usual, Biden's myopic obsession with undoing everything from the Trump administration is the reason this is happening.
