History will not be kind to the Dim's for this one, it will be disclosed for what it was a political attempt to thwart the will of the people based on fallacious manufactured evidence.

During the House proceedings, Nancy Pelosi stated that President Donald Trump would be "forever impeached." But he was acquitted in the Senate.

So will President Donald J. Trump be remembered for being "forever impeached" or "forever acquitted"?

Here's what Article One of the U.S. Constitution says:

"The House of Representatives shall choose their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment."

"The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments.."

Trump is forever Impeached like Bill Clinton and like Clinton he was Acquitted by the Senate...

How does that tickle yoar fancy?

Bill Klinton was impeached during his second term. President Trump will however, go on to win a second term, in spite of the fact that he was acquitted, exonerated, absolved, vindicated, declared innocent, and pronounced not guilty. :04:

Still what I wrote is the truth and no matter how you wish it were not true the fact remains Trump was Impeached just like Bill Clinton and Andrew Johnson.

Also Bill Clinton just like Andrew Johnson were found not guilty by the Senate, but let be clear neither of those men along with Trump were truly innocent.

Even GOP Senators believed Trump did something wrong but felt that the House Impeaching Trump was not the correct course of action in a Election Year.

Finally, Obstruction of Congress can not be applied until the House exhausted the courts and Abuse of Power is something every President can be accused of, so the Article's of Impeachment were weak and no Trump should have never been Impeached but I do believe he should have been Censured.

That is my opinion and now you will disagree...

Trump will forever be an impeached president.

So will Bill Clinton and Andrew Johnson, so what is your point?

Trump will forever be an impeached president.

But he was acquitted, exonerated, absolved, vindicated, declared innocent, and pronounced not guilty.

How can he be "impeached"?

Then how can Bill Clinton and Andrew Johnson still be considered Impeached?

Because the Senate did not find any of those men guilty does not mean they were never Impeached by the House...

The same reason Clinton is still impeached even though he was acquitted, exonerated, absolved, vindicated, declared innocent, and pronounced not guilty.

(of course both Clinton and Trump were acquitted- the Senate doesn't absolve, vindicate, declare innocent or pronounce not guilty)

Clinton lost his license to practice law in Arkansas and was fined $250k, so he was guilty but Trump will never be fined nor punished for his actions with Ukraine and will most likely win a second term...

So like Bill Clinton, President Trump has been acquitted, exonerated, absolved, vindicated, declared innocent, and pronounced not guilty?

Bill Clinton was fined $250k by the State of Arkansas and lost his right to practice law for five years in that State, so I would not say that Bill Clinton was found innocent.

Because the Senate did not agree with the punishment that was requested does not mean the three men that were Impeached were innocent of their supposed crime or actions.

It mean the Senate did not agree with the House with their course of action or the requested punishment...

He was impeached but not convicted and removed from office. Now he must win re-election to avoid a date with Ms. Justice for four more years.
He hasn't committed any crimes.

Since Pelosi acted as 'Queen' and ordered Schiff and Nadler to conduct investigations and the pre-determined Impeachment of the President without hiding a vote in the House as required by the Constitution, their Impeachment is 'Illegitimate'.

Dem Constitutional expert Jonathon Turley punted out that by not going through the courts to challenge President Trump's declarations of Executive Privilege and going straight to Impeachment instead, the Democrats abused their power and denied the President of his Constitutional Right to DUE PROCESS, which also makes their Impeachment illegitimate / invalid.

Even if these were not the case, the Democrats publicly Impeached the President after failing to present a crime, failing to present evidence, failing to produce witnesses, after the people they had testify could not name 1 crime or Impeachable offense when asked to do so, and after publicly declaring / confirming their Impeachment was the 1st politically partisan Impeachment NOT involving a crime or Impeachable offense in US history.

The Democrats proved themselves this was not an Impeachment - it was a failed coup attempt.

.

Pelosi not only proceeded without her promised requirement of 'overwhelming' evidence, she proceeded with Impeachment without ANY crime, without ANY evidence, and without ANY witnesses.
