Local laws cannot supersede federal laws. If the actions of any federal agents were within what is allowable under federal law, the local politicians and law enforcement have to just suck it up.

Good luck getting in there with a ******* State Warrant. Especially considering DoW has told the Commanding General not to allow them on the Installation. Federal Officers are subject to Federal Rules and regulations when acting on behalf of the Federal Government.

When they go outisde those rules, that's different. If an ICE Officer robs a Convenience store, he might be able to be prosecuted by the State but it's not easy to do. If an ICE Officer is on duty and robs a store, I doubt the State would have any success prosecuting him.

I do believe this is all too complicated for you. And always will be. You need to understand your limitations and reside within them
