So, "drill baby drill"?

Thanks for proving once again, that You and Your ilk - can't comprehend simple sentences/statements.
I was referencing about a MATURE and SEASONED President. - not about some human scumbag and pathological fraudster.
You write like a poorly educated imbecile.

You don’t hear “Drill, baby, drill” because President Musk wants all that cool federal cash to go not to the people, but to subsidies for EV battery production and charging stations.
Musk is merely taking advantage of virtue-signaling democrat sheep who think they are saving the planet by buying ev’s. As Barnum said, “suckers are born every minute”.

Thanks for verifying that Musk is a conman or as Ayn Rand would have said, a looter.

It’s not but it puts the whole “Biden is anti drilling” thing to the lie
Wrong!

It is completely different. It’s one thing for government to prevent oil companies from drilling. It’s a completely different thing for oil companies to make an economic decision that this is not a good time to drill, but we will drill later on as we please.

You should think your answers through.

Which is exactly why I would remove as many restrictions as possible. When this is done supply on both a global basis and domestic basis increases and prices come down. Absent restrictions, forces foreign and domestic companies to increase supply and/or lower prices.

How does one explain the average price of gas per Presidential term (4 years) being lower during a Republican President (Bush, Trump) vs a Democrat President (Obama, Biden)? Republicans have less restrictions.
I'm ok with removing restrictions as long as the subsidies go too.

But you're still wrong. Global supply will stay low because they want it to. low supply earns higher price per barrel.

The oil companies are not gonna sabotage their own profits to make you happy.

Government DIDN’T prevent oil companies from drilling and obviously they weren’t trying to

We've been told how much more oil we need redundancy. Now we don't need it because the oil companies don't want to drill? I sense bs.

Offering acres no one wants is hardly an issue

Well not according to the oil industry. They said yesterday that they are not focused on increasing production but on maximizing profits. That means controlling the supply so as not to overrun demand. That way they keep the price high.
Trump just might need to nationalize the oil industry.

Agreed that oil companies are in it for profit. But I disagree that foreign oil will restrict supply if the US eases restrictions. I think they will increase supply to stay in the US markets. Anytime the US increases restrictions, foreign oil supply stays restrictive over the long term.

They've just told you that they will. Go read the link in the OP.
