Negotiation requires communication. Zelenski appears too proud and too bent on retaliation and more war to recognize the importance of the "Mineral Rights" deal and what it would mean. Now, the US has no reason to get involved any further, and most of the deals under the last administration appear corrupt and not in our best interests.
I don't think anyone has forgotten what you say. There are consequences to every action.
God bless those innocent suffering under the evil of madmen.
.
The 'mineral rights deal' ... Could have worked in ways that had nothing to do with the minerals or money involved.
It could have established a vested interest in Ukraine ... While creating an US Presence de facto.
That could make it more difficult and threatening ... For President Putin to advance any farther ...
Simply in the fact he would be stepping on us ... Not just Ukraine.
But we may never know how that may have worked out ... As long as President Zelensky wants to think he is charge ...
And doesn't understand what he needs from us ... What we are willing to give ...
And how we are going to give it to him.
