In the 1980s we knew the daughter of family friends that worked for Meatloaf. She was going to college and worked on the weekends and during the summers as a nanny to Meatloaf's kid.

She said that he and his wife treated her like family. They were very nice and generous to her. She had nothing but nice things to say about him.
