You all know that Bush is behind this don't you? He wants to come in after the strorms and be a hero by giving tons of money to Florida in an attempt to "win" the state. He couldn't just give them money, so he had the Air Force "seed" clouds in an attempt to create simultaneous storms!

Ahhhh..... that makes sense.

I also heard that the one heading for Cuba was needed to "wash away" the scum prisoners living at Gitmo. The Marines have already evacuated so that they don't get washed away with the trash.
