There have always been isolated cases of "dead voters voting" but the number are very small and are typically older adults voting for a dead spouse or family member. The voting system in every county and in every state is tested before every major election to insure that votes entered are counted properly. And no, not watching voting counters is not fraud.

Judge's expect to see evidence of allegations and when they don't see it, the lawyer and his case is likely to get a firm rebuke from the judge. This often results in the case being dismissed with prejudice which means that it is dismissed permanently. A case dismissed with prejudice is over and done with, once and for all, and can't be brought back to court. Several of Trump's cases have been dismissed with prejudice. Such cases rarely get reviewed by higher courts.

Georgia uses paper ballots. The ballots are cross-checked with the machine count. If there was truly "vote switching" as the conspiracy theorists say, it would show up in the paper ballots.
