In mid-May, Uzi Aharon, the deputy mayor of an Israeli town called Or Yehuda, found out that "messianic Jews" (Jews who believe in Jesus) had dropped off some New Testaments in his community. His response was to organize a group of yeshiva students who collected several hundred of the books and burned them in a public bonfire.

In an interview with the Jerusalem Post, Aharon denied wanting the bibles to be burned. However, the Post noted that his story changed quite dramatically over the course of May 20, the day that news of the book burning became public:

Aharon had a very busy Tuesday. In the morning, Ma'ariv ran a story on how he organized to retrieve and burn hundreds of New Testaments given to Ethiopian Jews in his city by local messianic Jews. By 9 a.m. he was on an Army Radio news-talk show defending his actions, which he called "purging the evil among us."

I am serious. They're killing hundreds of thousands of innocent people for no reason other then blind religious hatred. They're bombing schools, killing tens of thousands of children and carrying out ethnic cleansing. We can't support this shit and be a nation that stands for anything besides evil. Pure ******* evil. The entire leadership of israel needs to be removed and the entire regime imprisoned in the same way the nazi were.

Israel is a world leader in science, medicine and technology while Jews produce more Nobel Laureates per capita than any other group -- and by a wide margin.

Primitive Arabs produce nothing of value to the world.


There SHOULD be a very clear choice involved, but Arabs and Muslims in general have poisoned the well when it comes to Jews, and they use their enormous population advantage over Jews towards that end.

To me it seems like as soon as Islam caught on, all learning and science stopped.

1400 years ago Islam was first invented.

I believe Christianity has held us back too. Sure Christianity has evolved and come a long way but not too long ago we were not much better than the Muslims are. Maybe we are 1000 years more evolved than they are.
