Nope. Never had a surplus under Obama.

The last surplus I remember was in Clinton's last year. There is dispute as to whether or not it was actually a surplus, but in any case, it was wasted and did nothing to bring down the debt.

Yep. Congress could not stand success, and went back to their failed overspending.
