In a NY State court

UNless it's a 100% racist jury, no chance of a conviction. These people all ride the subway and they know exactly what Penny was dealing with.
It’s NYC…..full of dumb Biden voters.

with the juries looming possible guilty verdict of Daniel Penny [a man that many believe was protecting passengers from a dangerous man] about to be pronounced .. should Biden pardon him if he's found guilty ? if he doesn't should Trump pardon him ?

what federal crime is Perry on trial for?

Biden or Trump wouldn't be an issue, these are state charges.

That said, the issue is that Penny used a choke hold he knew would be fatal. (or should have known, given his training.)

do you believe he was trying to protect people ?

The harm NYC would do to itself with a guilty verdict will be punishment enough for that cesspool of a city...
