We all know, the people that actually care about America, what has happened to the FBI. Even leftists now admit that maybe, just maybe, the FBI went a little too far and got a little too enthusiastic about their 'missions'

We also know how Kash Patel, Trump's nominee for FBI Director, feels about the FBI. He wants to tear it down. And, the morre I think about it, the more angry I get and the more I agree.

Setting our anger with them aside, can the FBI be saved? I'm interested in hearing, reading, thinking people's thoughts on it.

Any criminal trial requires a unanimous verdict.

Merchan told the jury in the Trump trial that they do not need complete unanimity to convict the former president. He highlighted specifically that if the jurors did not agree on what the crime was, but did agree a crime was committed, he would treat it as a unanimous verdict.

You don't use viable sources. There are no errors to overturn the jury's decision.

"Retired U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg said last week that former President Donald Trump did in fact request National Guard troops be deployed in Washington D.C. before the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. Kellogg said he was present at the time of Trump’s request, and Congress should release his testimony to the public." Source, American Military News. From Reuters: "

May 12 (Reuters) - President Donald Trump wanted National Guard troops in Washington to protect his supporters at a Jan. 6 rally that ended with them attacking the U.S. Capitol, leaving five dead, Trump's former Pentagon chief testified on Wednesday.
Former Acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller told a House of Representatives panel that he spoke with Trump on Jan. 3, three days before the now-former president's fiery speech that preceded the violence and led to his second impeachment"

How many other sources do you want?

So did former Capitol Police Chief Steven A. Sund who confirmed that the National Guard was requested !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Which is amazing given the fact that NPR is part of the Mockingbird Media.
Don't bother. There is NOTHING slow horseshit will accept. No matter what evidence is provided, he will deny, deflect, lie, and drag the goal post a little further.

Describe in detail your legal credentials. This should include but not be limited to the law school you attended, the states you are licensed to practice in, and the last time you actually did so. Be specific.
Give us your legal credentials. We depend on expert advice, which you have not given to support your allegation. I don't have to rebut your allegation.

A jury has to be unanimous on every count. They can't pick one from column a, one from column b and one from column c which is what Marchan instructed them to do in the Jury Instructions. That alone will get the verdict overturned.
