I have no idea what Joe will do. At this point, it's speculation. However, my hunch is he will, for the same reason. He will say it's to ward off frivolous investigations, but many will say its to prevent any punishment for crimes that will eventually be uncovered.

No. Then again I’m against the Pardon for Hunter, and just as I am against pretty much every Pardon out there. I don’t believe Pardons should even be a thing except in the most grievous travesties of Justice where new evidence has come to light.
