The phrase "right to exercise those rights unless you violate the rights of others" essentially means that everyone has the freedom to utilize their individual rights, but only as long as doing so does not infringe upon the rights of other people; it highlights the concept that personal liberties are not absolute and must be balanced with respecting the rights of others.
