Should LGBT Be Outlawed ?

The right to assemble.
Freedom from religion, in this case, yours.
Abridgement of Freedom of Speech.
2 men kissing each other in public, is more than just "assemble"
This thread has nothing to with "religion".
2 men kissing each other in public, is not "Speech"

No, you need to comport yourselves in a manner that won’t upset everyone's normal sensibilities. Ho hum.
Hey, if its good enough for Saudi Arabia its good enough for protectionist.
2 men kissing each other in public, is more than just "assemble"
Not per the courts.

This thread has nothing to with "religion".
Not per the courts. Its not obscene (legal term).

2 men kissing each other in public, is not "Speech"
Per the courts it is. I am not a fan of PDA of anyone really, but I recognize that my sensibilities don't govern the US.

Wracking my 69 y/o brain, trying to figure out why I've never seen two Gay men lip locked in public.
Maybe it's only a common practice in Florida?

protectionist: Have you ever personally seen it? If not, Google latent homosexuality.

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
2 men kissing each other in public, is not peaceably assembling. It is imposing disturbance on people passing by. In Florida it could easily be ruled as illegal, in violation of Florida's disorderly conduct law>>>

877.03 Breach of the peace; disorderly conduct.—Whoever commits such acts as are of a nature to corrupt the public morals, or outrage the sense of public decency, or affect the peace and quiet of persons who may witness them, or engages in brawling or fighting, or engages in such conduct as to constitute a breach of the peace or disorderly conduct, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
History.—s. 1, ch. 59-325; s. 1147, ch. 71-136; s. 2, ch. 86-174.

Example : if 2 guys are sitting on a park bench, in full public view, and kissing each other, shouldn't they be arrested and jailed ?

No, I don't think so. I don't think most Republicans think so. The issue most of us have is when it is promoted and condoned as if it is completely normal. It isn't.

The Committee for the Preservation of Virtue and Prevention of Vice is the usual term.

Well, imposing a disturbing behavior on the public, would certainly be an immoral (and illegal) act.
Disturbing to you. You are not the arbiter.

And to play slippery slope. If that were the standard then the next is inter-racial relationships etc. etc.

As has already been noted. I have not seen PDAs much since school.

:link: But keep in mind that in Florida, courts have sent people to jail for imposing disturbances on people passing by, from homosexual acts, and other things too. In fact, you can be arrested for just doing nothing at all (loitering). > Florida Statue 877.03

This means lingering in a public place without any apparent purpose. For example, if you hang out near a store after it has closed or loitering in a park after hours, you could be charged with disorderly conduct.

What LGTBQ alphabet rights are being targeted by Trump? I assume by LGTB, you're referencing the trans group, and I'll go with that perspective.

These individuals are mentally unstable with mental health issues, and should be going to treatment as compared to advocating and enabling them. Trans individuals, along with the corporate, media and political environments, should not have expectations that one must accept how one identifies as a reality. It's hit the slippery slope, and now you have individuals identifying as animals and non-binary with the inevitable outcome of becoming worse.

Their reality has marginalized females and stolen opportunities from them including scholarships, awards, recognition and potential sponsorship. Their reality advocates to have males in sensitive female locations including bathrooms, shower rooms, changing rooms and locker rooms. Their reality has produced irreversible change with hormone therapy and body mutilations, especially with the social contagion of younger individuals. Their reality has forced Americans to be sensitive to trivial interactions, such as identifying pronouns, and lashing out if compliance is violated. Their reality, while representing a minute minority of Americans, has dominated the airwaves across social media, media outlets, Hollywood and others.

Should Trump crackdown on it? Absolutely -- reality needs to reassert itself.

All of the public is the arbiter, as expressed through voting. As in the 2024 election.
