Seeing 2 fool men kissing each other out in public (ex. on a park bench) certainly qualifies as "psychological injury", as it is disturbing (to say the least) to any sane person.

The only difference between those 60 & older, and younger folks, is that the older ones are covered by 825.102, and the younger ones are not.

personally I don't care if gays kiss or heterosexuals kiss. my objection is when the government mandates that we must all consider gays and lesbians as normal.

Not jailed and it depends on what you mean by kissing. If it's just a smooch, then let it be. If they are tongue lashing each other in the middle of public, tell them to go somewhere private....
