Resisting arrest is illegal. It doesn't carry an immediate death sentence, though.
 
never resist arrest , get a lawyer and argue in court .
 
trying to Run away might get you killed though OldLady .
 
these jackasses that take cops on 80-120 MPH chases need to be beat to hell
very dangerous for everyone ---I do not cry one Fn tear when they get beat--like Rodney King
 
running is stupid and might get you shot . What the heck , a runner might take a kid , old lady or old guy hostage as he invades a house . And a car runner might crash into another car .

Yes it should be illegal. The crime to be punished by DEATH, so long as there is audio and video evidence. If such evidence exists, the defense would not be allowed a rebuttal argument nor would the suspect be allowed any appeals. Punishment to be carried out immediately upon conviction for resisting/fleeing (even if no other crime was committed).
