We were discussing nuclear weapons, you accused me of having no morals, unabe to distinguish good and evil. I'd already asked you to define the terms, you refused. You compared "Iranian leaders" of being backward savages and insinuated suicide bombing was immoral whereas Western bombing of schools, hospitals, civilains etc is moral.

I sought clarification but none was forthcoming. You referred to law, right, wrong, etc then asserted that adhering to international law was irrelevant and whatever the US chooses to do militarily is - by defintion - right even if it violated the law.

That is a characteristic of fascism, your entire position is that whatever the US does is "right" and who ever opposes that is "wrong".

Accusing a person of being immoral, arguing that some nations are good and some are evil, yet repeatedly shying away from defining those terms is also intellectual cowardice and frankly, boring.

No, that is not my position that whatever the US does is right. My position is that in this war with Iran, the US and Israel are right and the Iranian government is pure evil and must be eliminated. Hope that helps clarify my position.

As long as there are no US troops in the ground, and the Navy blockade is working, I believe the "people" will let the war play out, especially if we get Iran's enriched uranium. A very big win.

Maybe, but is the blockade really working? We are blocking Iran ships but now they are firing at and blocking the rest. This could drag on all summer. And about getting that uranium, it hasn't happened yet and it will require months of digging and with the cooperation of the Iranians.

Is an ongoing naval blockade a "war"? I don't think so.
If the ceasefire holds its a matter of who can withstand the other's blockade longer?

Well, Iran just fired on a tanker, so, it doesn't look like the ceasefire will work, especially when Iran wants 100% of everything their way and regards any slight thing as having immediately violated the agreement.

Just because the 90-days are up doesn't mean the US leaves or quits, it just means no more money for the war, which we don't need for a naval blockade.

I get the feeling Iran has thought about and planned for this for many years developing alternate strategies for every possible contingency.

The US naval blockade is working, Iran is selling no oil.
If other countries want to use force to open Hormuz let them step up, or deal with the closure.
Yes getting the enriched uranium would take months and cooperation and probably a regime change.
