• "Hollywood"

• American legal culture (descended from English common law),
• American graphic art, sculpture,
• American architecture,
• Regional food, accents (we have no real dialects), customs,
• American acceptance of other cultures brought by legal immigrants (which is not universal).

The American President should execute the office and comport himself in a way that is consistent with this culture while not denigrating other cultures.

First, half your list has to do with "policy" not "culture". The merger of sports and education is policy, and it is not and has never been unique to the USA. The British have been doing it for centuries. What is unique to the USA is the exploitation of the student athletes for massive amounts of money for the schools.

Separation of church and state, and what is called "free speech", is law/policy not culture, and again, it's not unique to the USA, and never has been.

"Culture" is art, music, dance, theatre, literature, food, architecture - anything that involves creativity based on lived experience, or divine inspiration.
