So....for the anti-gunners out there...which British gun control law,,,

---stopped this criminal from getting the illegal gun?

--stopped this gunman from walking into a mall, a church, a theater...or a school?

--kept this criminal with a gun from actually murdering someone?

'Scrambler bike gunmen' open fire on house in shocking evening attack

Police are hunting a gunmen after five shots were fired through the window of a house.

Unknown suspects, possibly riding a scrambler or off road bike, pulled up outside the property, on Malvern Crescent in Huyton, at around 8.20pm last night.

Just because they are banned doesn't mean there is no guns in GB-Duh

Nope....you guys tell us that banning and confiscating will reduce gun violence....gun crime is going up in Britain, not down....... gun crime in the U.S....? Down 75% over the last 26 years as more Americans own and carry guns.

You guys? You talking to a mouse cause I have never in my life advocated any type of gun bans and for that fact gun registration. So try that bullshit on someone else, oh and not all guns are banned in England just certain ones.
Not banning guns doesn't stop gun violence in the USA so your logic is very flawed...

That's kind of the point.

Saying that banning something, or 'regulating' it, or controlling it.... means you can control or ban it, is not true.

Fact is, illegal markets have existed since the dawn of human civilization.

Point being, passing a law against owning a gun, or having ammo, does not stop someone who doesn't follow the law.

This case in the UK, is just another example of what is obvious to the rest of us.

Good then we can stop banning murder.

Wow, isn't that amazing. In a country of 60 million plus citizens it is worthy of a thread that a single home has shots fired at it while in the US that would not even register a bat of an eye in a city of 60,000. Yeah, which country has the saner gun laws is a no brainer. Thanks for pointing that out again.

That is not logical. If that is the best argument you have, then you have no argument.

Murder itself, is the bad action.
There is nothing wrong with a gun.

If you wish to stop murder, you increase law enforcement, and put murderers to death.

Legalizing gun ownership, and removing restrictions does not make murder legal.

What is does, is allow citizens to defend themselves from murderers.

Banning guns does nothing to stop murders, in by any assessment, increases murders, because now citizens are unable to defend themselves.

The problem is... you idiots on the left, want to somehow not enforce murder laws, pass prison reform, complain about having too many people locked up.... but then ridiculously think if you have a law against the weapon, that magically murderers are not going to kill anyone.

That is stupid. You can't stop people from getting the tools to commit a terrible act. You have to focus on simply stopping evil people. That means more enforcement, and more death penalties.

Your dumb gun laws, make the limited law enforcement we have, wasting their time filing paperwork on law abiding citizens, rather than actual criminals. Then when we point out your utter incompetence, this "Good then we can stop banning murder." is the only pathetic answer you have.

If you really can't figure out the stupidity of your own argument, then you are too dumb to be on a forum.

Do gun laws work? Yes or no. Did all the gun bans and regulations, stop gun crime in the UK? Yes or no?

We're trying to find out if the policies work.

And by the way, statistically, you have a higher chance of being a victim of a violent crime in the UK now, than in the US.

So apparently all your guns laws are creating peace and happiness in the UK.... yes?

That debate finished a long time ago. The Uk is a lot safer than the US. The civilized world is a lot safer.
300 people have been shot and killed in the US since new years day. And a house in the UK had shots fired at it.
