Trump doesn't give a fork about the people of Iran.

Look at a list of bad countries.

Iran is like 10th in the world. Saudi Arabia is also a pretty bad country. But Trump goes there and sucks up to them.

Come on, look at the facts and see the reality.

It's all about OIL.

OPEC countries that didn't like the US in 2001.

Iran - leader killed in 2026
Venezuela - leader deposed in 2002 (for a week), leader kidnapped in 2026
Iraq - Invasion in 2003 leader killed, puppet government installed.
Libya - bombed in 2011 leader killed, country left to rot.

Do you see the pattern here? Three different presidents from both parties (3-1 Republican), same result, same goals.

It's all about oil?? but then why is Trump all in for drilling our own oil in the U.S. ... that runs counter to the idea that he wants their oil.
California on the other hand used to be a net exporter of sweet crude oil... some of the best... but now we are dependent on foreign oil and actually already refined gasoline shipped in from other countries. Its mostly the Democrats who want to make us DEPENDENT on foreign oil because they would like to end the production here or diminish it greatly.

But back to Trump... you say its all about oil.. but I truely do believe it is about Iran securing a nuclear weapon..it makes them much worse a threat than Saudi Arabia... Do they hang their people in the streets by the hundreds?? I dont think so. Anyways.. if th eevil regeime in IRAN is forced out.... how much easier will it be for other civil rights movements throughout the ME???

Im thinking it would become the begining of a larger movement. remeber all this with Iran now is really the after effects of WW2 and the cold war.... its like the piper is being paid right now but it needs to happen.

For the US the most important thing is CHEAP OIL.

OPEC in 1999 when Chavez gained the presidency of Venezuela, wanted to raise prices so OPEC countries would be richer.

The US response, try and take out Chavez.

Then from that moment on they went after the four OPEC countries who are able to control oil prices. And they did.

The US wants to produce more oil so that the US can function. The US doesn't produce anywhere near enough oil for the US to function. It needs foreign oil and that costs a lot of money. The cheaper it is, the better the US economy does.

Um, by "set up to favor us" you mean, "There are more of us and we'd win the popular vote under most circumstances."

The electoral college is awful for a whole host of reasons. It's anti (small d) democratic.
It favors a few states instead of the country as a whole

As for term limits, I am against them. We have term limits. They're called "Elections". I would be in favor of age limits, so that no one over 70 can serve in a federal office. With Biden and Trump, we are seeing the danger of someone who is too old to serve continuing to serve

Democrats are already gaming the system. They are using “sanctuary” cities and states to keep their numbers counted in the census higher than they would be so they have more representation.
As far as the electoral college goes yes it favors a few states more than others and those are big blue.
Lol. I already pointed out the reasons it is harder to get removed from congress but you will go with the democrats feelings no matter what. As far as age that would not be a bad thing. But you have to remember democrats were not only making excuses for Biden but pushed him as their lead candidate so I think you would find that an even harder idea to get across the line with the democrats.
