Shooting at FSU. 4 injured. Suspect in custody.

According to 14Shooter, nobody is safe in America without a gun.

Perhaps that's the important issue to deal with before sending thoughts and prayers, as is once again suggested?

The six injured obviously should have had their guns on.
The gun didn't do it.

Phoenix sounds like a girl’s name and he looks a little sweet

Dont blame the gun

Blame our crazy lib culture that is driving boys crazy
Ya, Phoenix sounds like one of those non-gender names the loony trannies adopt.

His mom will probably get fired. :(

Or that Gen Xers name their kid with a 1-letter-off spelling. Like Pheoniqs.
Or a Pontiac Phoenix. ;)

OoOoo! Cragars!

They will blame students for not arming themselves
Stop promoting violence from your own. Prog politicians sure do not want it to stop. The ultimate insult for most of these shooters is that they do not get maximum results when they snap or make a point. In the movies of course, maximum results happen. As long as Progs interfere with common sense on humans and their state of mind, this will continue.

No, we blame violent leftist insurrectionists like you, who radicalize people like this to commit these crimes. I'm sure he did for "Palestine" or "trans rights".
His Mommy was a Sheriffs Deputy who didn’t lock up her weapons

Was he under hormone treatment or other drugs that might trigger acts of violence?

No shooting has ever been the fault of the gun.

Florida has no mandate that all firearms be locked up at all times, nor does it require locking devices with every firearm sale. There are laws that hold a parent responsible if their minor child gets a hold of their gun(s). This shooter was not a minor and used his mother's handgun.

However, negligent storage leading to unauthorized access could still result in civil or criminal liability, especially if harm occurs. I would imagine there will be some hefty criminal lawsuits coming from the victims' families.
How does locked up guns help anyone when a home invasion is taking place?

There is no way you can justify the carelessness of a veteran Deputy sheriff and what ensued as a result.

I am very second amendment, but there's a fine line the mother of the killer crossed when allowing her son to have access to her two weapons.
