Sheriff Clarence Dupnik in Pima County was #1 and gay skinhead Sheriff Babeu of Pinal County didn't even register. FWI, it was Babeu who walked the fence with McCain in that idiotic, lying campaign ad to 'finish the damn fence'.

Babeu managed to get the tax payers of Pinal county to buy him a new Hummer, which he used to drive 3 blocks to the cafe for lunch. It was discovered he was hiding illegals in his garage.
