Shark Week

O.K. discovery channel, you got me. I won't wade deeper than six inches off an ocean beach. How many sharks are there that aren't wearing tags of some sort? I saw a relatively unknown marine "scientist" who bragged about tagging 6,000 sharks. Enough already, leave the poor things alone.

I have never in my life watched any episode of "Shark Week". Ive always heard about it, but it always sounded fucking lame. Arer you gonna tell me about their sharp teeth and powerful jaws, or how they never sleep and always hunt for food? Yawn.

S.W. is hard to avoid if you watch cable. Almost all the reality shows are in on it. It gets real lame when they use fat old celebs like Shatner and has-been rap stars as props.

It was the mid 1970's and I went to Florida to visit my brother who lived by the beach. Fun in the sun and swimming in the ocean!!
But right after I arrived we went and saw the movie Jaws.
That stupid movie ruined my vacation.
