Guilt isn't generational. Those who were responsible for what happened to the Jews will be judged according to what happened to the Jews, because God is fair and just. A person's walk with God is personal. God judges the heart.
Nations will be judged according to how they have treated Israel. The Bible says that all nations will come against Israel. That means all nations are part of the New World Order, unless God graphs the USA into Israel.

When God judges a nation, all within that nation are affected by that judgement. It means nothing in regards to the condemnation of the soul. The soul of man is saved by faith in God and Jesus Christ. When Judah was judged by God you had Jeremiah, Daniel, and other great prophets of God go into that captivity judgement also. Didn't affect their faith nor the condition of their soul.
