Usually, we are the bully, though.

In the last 60 years, we've beaten up Vietnam, the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, Panama, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Cambodia, Laos, Serbia, and probably others I'm not remembering off the top of my head.

In that same period, China has gone to war once, with Vietnam, over Vietnam's invasion of Cambodia.

Taiwan and China need to work out their own problems, they aren't our problems. We don't even recognize Taiwan as a country.

If Taiwan is not part of China, maybe they need to stop calling themselves "the Republic of China".

They should stop speaking Mandarin and writing in Hanzi while at it.

The point is that both China and Taiwan agree that Taiwan is part of China; they just don't agree on who the legitimate government is.
