Several controversial books deemed to be "anti-American" or "Marxist" were removed from the U.S. Navy's recommended reading list

i doubt reading Marx makes the troops become traitors...it may affect a couple of people on the margins, but with no impact in real life

There was a Navy radioman who was imprisoned as a traitor a few decades back. The Navy is right to remove reading material from the ships that promotes treason. Some books inspire ethnic genocide. "Mein Kampf" by A.H. comes to mind.

Edit: I found the incident, not fully explained: John Anthony Walker Jr.; It does mention something about his John Birch Society reading materials.

John Anthony Walker Jr. (July 28, 1937 – August 28, 2014) was a United States Navy chief warrant officer and communications specialist
convicted of spying for the Soviet Union from 1967 to 1985 and sentenced to life in prison.
Children: 4; including Michael Walker (accomplice), Laura Walker (attempted accomplice)
Criminal status: Deceased
Nationality: American
Occupation: United States NavyChief Warrant Officer and communications specialist, Private investigator

The best way to make oneself a nazi is to burn Mein Kampf and Freud, thus stealing any potential for the prisoner-scapegoat to have a though of their own.

The crappy racist books on the list should be deleted from anybody's reading lists.' they're all total garbage designed to promote violent racism and divide Americans. Of course a bunch of slimy sicko commie faggots will run around with their diapers on fire trying to claim removing such tripe from a recommended reading list is the same thing as 'book burning n censorship n stuff'. Meanwhile the gimps are so proud of getting books like Huckleberry Finn removed from libraries.

Nazi sanitization of the literature always risks backfiring because it attempts to control thought. Here is the dem-nazi christian mafia whore, Pelosi, attempting to tell the prisoners what to think as she rips them off:
'@11h. Pelosi: "When you're home thinking about [what $40 billion to Ukraine] is all about, just think 'when I was hungry, you fed me,' from the Gospel of Matthew." '

The lists change from year to year don't they? That's why they are called "lists". Leaving a book off the current list isn't the same as removing it unless you have a social bias that is sensitive to such things.
