Settlement in Principle Reached in Ashli Babbitt Lawsuit — The Young Woman Gunned Down in US Capitol on Jan. 6 – CRAZED BIDEN JUDGE Starts Screaming i

I’ll make it relevant if you answer. Then you can argue the relevance. Deflecting on the start just shows that you’re scared of the point I’m making and want to avoid it.
The point you are trying to make is ridiculous. There is ZERO relevance between defending your home, and Byrd murdering a woman, standing next to cops who weren't threatened by her.

Dumbass.

Lt Byrd was to the left of the hallway when looking at it.

Babbitt was to the right entering the hallway through the broken door window.

There was a clear justified shot, there was no one to her right, so "behind" the shot was a wall.

Rule #4 was followed properly. There was no crowd behind her in the line of the shot.

So, he couldn't see what was behind Ms. Babbitt.

Wow, you doubled down on the deflection. I haven’t even made my point yet. You that scared to go head to head?

Not at all. You are trying to compare an elephant to an orange is your problem.
You’re wrong I’m not comparing a private house to the capital. That’s your diversion and assumption. Like I said I haven’t even made my point yet because you can’t answer a simple question. Care to try again?

Um....like 10% of the military are combat troops, the rest are support.

And none of them are "trained killers" unless you are an actual person going into combat with a gun.
What do they learn in basic training?

What do they learn in basic training?

How to fold clothes, military customs and practices, how to march, history of the military...stuff like that.

Basically, how to follow orders. Most of the military is not like the movies where you are crawling on your belly under razor wire holding an M16. That's usually a very small part of basic training, maybe even just 1 day.

from there most go on to their technical school and never see a gun again unless they have to re qualify every year.

Those who go into combat roles are given more specific training on combat mechanics.

Except for the marines, who's basic training is much more intense, but even then, it's not about killing, but an extreme sense of duty and discipline.

Basic is to get you fit, to a point, and understand military protocol and how the command structure works, along with military traditions, some history, discipline, and how to dress, make your bed the military way, etc.

No killing. Sorry chump.

Did the retard really contend that actual killing is part of military training?

We’re seeing the real incompetence of Michael Byrd as the facts come out, replete with screaming leftist judges who are offended by the facts.

The lawsuit extensively details the history of incompetence and multiple revocations of firearm privileges for previous dangerous incidents involving Officer Michael Byrd, the Capitol Police officer who murdered Babbitt in cold blood.

This includes a failure “to meet or complete semiannual firearms qualification requirements,” leaving a “loaded Glock 22—the same firearm he used to shoot and kill Ashli Babbitt – in a bathroom in the Capitol Visitor Center,” and a shooting into a moving vehicle stolen by teenagers, where the off-duty cop reportedly struck homes nearby with his bullets.
I wish Byrd had to share in the payment to the Babbitt family.

15th post
Maybe next time Byrd is in public someone feels he is posing a threat.

You never pick up a gun in basic training?
