Settlement in Principle Reached in Ashli Babbitt Lawsuit — The Young Woman Gunned Down in US Capitol on Jan. 6 – CRAZED BIDEN JUDGE Starts Screaming i

So, to use your logic I'd ask "So we should shoot everyone who does something stupid?"
I didn’t say we should shoot anyone who does something stupid. I said that stupid actions often have consequences.

What she did is stupid.

Do you agree? If not, then go try it yourself.

She didn't break into a house, and there were several cops within 7 feet of her who were paying her no mind because they knew she wasn't a threat.
Then she tried to lead a violent mob through a barricaded part of the building to our elected officials.

If a violent mob was breaking into a government building to get to Trump, would you want the police to let them through to him or would you want the police to stop the rioters by any means necessary?

If a 5’5 woman breaks into your home, do you shoot first or do you wait to confirm that she’s unarmed?
If you follow Quid Pro Joe's advice, you don't even let them into your home, you shoot them through the door without learning why they're there.

Don't know. Are you now claiming that anytime a protestor interferes with traffic we can now run them over?

Or if they annoy people at dinner it's ok to shoot them?

Is that what you're saying?
No. I’m saying that stupid actions have consequences.

If you think It’s a smart idea to block traffic, go for it and let us know how it goes for you. If you think it’s a smart idea to lead a violent mob through a barricaded part of a building to get to our elected officials, then go for it and let us know how goes for you.

Stupid actions have consequences.

Let’s be honest here.

There is a reason the Trump Administration wants to settle and it has nothing to do with Lt. Byrd or compensating Babbitt’s family. Nor do they have any desire to prosecute Lt. Byrd.

Trump and his administration don’t want the case(s) going to court where the day-by-day tick-tock of the attack on Congress would be all over the news media. Restiring that pot of how his followers attacked Congress is the last thing he wants.

Court ? ( So people were jailed for 4 years without Court cases ???) Due Process

Court ? ( So people were jailed for 4 years without Court cases ???)

No one was jailed for four years without legal proceedings including charges, indictment by a grad jury, bond hearing to determine if they were a danger to public safety or flight risk in a court of law, trial in a public court and if so determined by a jury of their peers confinement.

There are sites where you can track j6 proceedings.

Give us name of one person confined without due process ( charges, bond hearing, and/or conviction) and let’s check that status shall we?

So what court cases would have continued after 4 years ? ( Appeals ) (new Cases against people finally swept up & arrested 4 years later for entering the Building for 3 Mins and walking back out ??)

Moving goal posts much.

Yes the vast majority of people convicted of crimes remain in prison during appeals.

Yes there were thousands of people to prosecute, yes cases were brought years later, but non were confined prior to indictment. Thousands of suspects, 10’s of thousands of hours of video footage, finite resources - ya it takes time.

No one was arrested and confined for 4 years for misdemeanor trespass, those confined were for violence offenses.

Less than 200 were convicted ( Not Charged ) for violent offenses , the Majority were convicted on other charges

What exactly would I be trying?

And since I am not a 5'5" woman who weighed less than many eight graders, I am not sure just what you think the similarities are.

We’re seeing the real incompetence of Michael Byrd as the facts come out, replete with screaming leftist judges who are offended by the facts.

The lawsuit extensively details the history of incompetence and multiple revocations of firearm privileges for previous dangerous incidents involving Officer Michael Byrd, the Capitol Police officer who murdered Babbitt in cold blood.

This includes a failure “to meet or complete semiannual firearms qualification requirements,” leaving a “loaded Glock 22—the same firearm he used to shoot and kill Ashli Babbitt – in a bathroom in the Capitol Visitor Center,” and a shooting into a moving vehicle stolen by teenagers, where the off-duty cop reportedly struck homes nearby with his bullets.
There is no amount that is too large for this atrocity, incited by democrats.

Lead a violent mob. Break into a government building. Get through a barricade to get to our elected officials. What the fuck do you think is going to happen?

Oh. So it’s a brilliant idea if a 5’5 woman does it?

Lead a violent mob.
Any ideas on how to get a mob together ?
Break into a government building.
Maybe a post office ?
Get through a barricade to get to our elected officials.
There elected officials in a post office ?
What the fuck do you think is going to happen?
Free stamps ?? Maybe ??

I wouldn't call it brilliant.

Unless she needs free stamps.

So is it a stupid idea or not?

It’s my obligation to attempt to determine if she is unarmed first. Plus it’s apples to tire irons as a demonstration was ongoing whereas a house break in would be a complete surprise

Whatever may have been behind her is speculation and the feeling that she was The Leader of a large group intending to pour in there and go get Congress people is kiddie coloring book speculation

And if she’s leading a bunch of others through, are you going to take the time to assess if all of them are unarmed or are you going to DO something?

Yea. It’s not like they broke all the way in to that point or anything.

I’m sure they were just going to turn around from there, and not get any closer to our elected officials.
