Senator Warren wants to pack 4 more judges on the Supreme Court

No, you said I want something worse. I don't. Please try to keep this straught:

You
.
.
.
.
Me

They are separate. Thanks.
I said you wanted them to do something worse. You did not say it, I did, clearly therefore I think it's worse. I can't believe I have to explain this to you. It's like explaining chess to the pigeon that's walking all over the board pooping on it.

Basically, you have situational ethics and only care who is doing the thing you're either mad about or applauding.

What bizarre equivocation. What silly, blinded stuttering.

"But you might get a rubber stamp Republican Supreme court"

Gee, I hope THAT doesn't happen... wtf
Glad you admit it hasn't happened yet. Some on here are acting like it has.

I don't want them to do something worse. That's 3 times now. Move on, or sit there and play with your own poo. Your call.

I didn't admit that. In fact,I mocked that idea, as anyone with a functioning brain cell can discern from my post.

See? You're like a child.

Exactly, you mocked the idea that we could have a Republican rubber stamp Court. Some on here, however, seem to think we already have such. I am agreeing that nothing of the sort is going on.

Hahaha

No.

Damn son. You are in a full on tailspin.
We will, however, get one if the democrats go full blown insane and pack the court. The next Republican administration will just add more and appoint more and the court will sink into irrelevancy.

Oh no!

So the Republicans are going pack the court with bought and paid for judges?

Wow! Just think...they might get 2/3 of the court!

Oh no!

Well the only reason it may be widespread is because the left is teaching porn in the classroom nationwide.

But in reality....Obama's ACORN which switched their name to SEIU is now teaching porn all over the world.

They call themselves SKITTLES AND SPLASH.

Skittles is for kid 12-18 and Splash is for kids in Kindergarten up to 11.

is that all the stuff you use to justify violence, i.e you dont like gays.

They could have held the vote and rejected Garland, then The Fragile One would have had to start all over. Same result. They operated under the rules in play at the time, only moving to fill a vacancy caused by a sitting Justice leaving the bench. Packing is adding an arbitrary number of seats then finding idealogues to put in them.
There is nothing saying the a Senate has to vote on a nominee. Obama was within his rights to nominate potential justices until he found one that was acceptable to both him and the Senate. He chose not to do so. Typically of Obama, it was his way or the highway.

If the Senate just gets to pick a year out from an election who gets to get a hearing and vote for supreme court nominees then it's the Senate picking who will sit on the court and not the president. Which isn't the way it's supposed to go. They didn't want a hearing because McConnell knew that it was unlikely a democratic president would win after eight years because of the history of presidential elections.

Garland was qualified and the right wing didn't want hearings because they couldn't find any good reason to not seat him on the court.
Sorry, you need to read the Constitution. The Senate does have the right to determine who sits on SCOTUS. All the president can do is nominate potential justices. When the opposition controls the Senate, presidential nominees have almost never been confirmed in an election year.
