Thune used to be pretty solid, he was an advocate for national reciprocity and almost got it through. He has kind of abandoned it and he is too close to the never-Trump types, imo.

Kennedy would be awesome, but I'd hate to lose him on the judiciary committee because it's an absolute hoot to watch him question nominees.

John Barrasso is good, as far as I know. I can't recall him ever doing something out of line.

He acknowledged that there was some Russian meddling (the social media stuff), but he never (to my knowledge) bought into the collusion narrative. I could be wrong, he was on the Intelligence Committee and spoke pretty forcefully after the Mueller investigation had concluded, for the Senate to conclude their investigation too.
