If an adult wants to further their education they can act like an adult and pay for it. As far as Europe goes, it's much more difficult to get into college than it is in the United States.

Here in LA we have a program called TOPS which provides tuition for college students. It is basically going broke and people are freaking because they are talking about means testing and upping the HS GPA from 2.5 to 3.0. The nerve!!

These liberal idiots don't get it, they tax and fee damn near everything conceivable. In NY they even tax your mortgage, a debt. Refinance and they tax you again. If I sell my house in my current state they steal 2% of the sales price off the top, even though I already paid their high property taxes each year.
