I think that $2T is over 10-years. It was $3.8T but then OMB reduced it to $2.4T due to expected tariff revenue.Which is really "only" $240b a year. Which might be covered by GDP growth >1.8%, or Fed rate cuts, or other things.

You know, after the smoke clears, this nation needs to analyze in a very investigative way as to why the same player's are opposing any good to come for this nation, and the nation needs to figure out if these player's are actively trying to undermine and hurt this nation for reasons that go way beyond the simple no vote on a bill that they don't like for what should be simple reasons.
