I could see a Guy with skills & tools that can barrel an upper & drill & pin a Front sight block , who has built stripped lowers build a decent middle tier AR for 300.00 $ - 350.00 $ ( Not including an Optic ,just BUIS )

I’m ok with Stealth ( No logo ) Lowers now I’ve got so many Clone lowers ( A1 profile / A2 profile , no fence , partial fence , XM4 ,M4 M16A4 … I was a little excited building a 9mm AR then a Taiwanese T91 ( Piston AR ) with a real deal engraved Clone lower but I’ve cloned just about every AR15 / M16 variant known to man ( 2 or 3 + of some ) and am scared I might resort to Cowboy Guns ( Real Historic or Modern ) and if I go there then I need help

Aside form the rifles I bought, I built a pistol and something resembling a SAW. Except for maybe a 450BM, I'm about done.

I thought I was done in 2020 when Covid hit , I got an L1A1 ( British FAL ) kit at the Big Reno Show before they shut it down , and that would have been it but almost 30 builds later I know I can’t quit

100% Lowers have been Controlled for a long long time , the 80% lower era was fun but it ended here in Ca a few years back and they had us on one Firearm a month for almost 2 years until recently , prior to that and now after it ended I would get lowers 2-3 at a time to save on DROs fees
