Self-gifting for Christmas

I got 2 snub nose 22 mag LCRx with laser grips. They are still at the shop waiting for the grips that had to be ordered. I ordered one gun for me and one for my husband to keep in the cars, but he just won a 9mm in a raffle, so I'm giving the other one to my daughter to keep in her car. I got revolvers because they may be the last guns to be confiscated by the government. This is what they look like:

I carried a LCR in .38 special for a couple years after they first came out but I could never get used to not having a hammer. The LCRx came out after I went back to a Colt Cobra.

I always thought that the LCRx 3.50" in .22 LR would make for a fine field revolver but I have so many capable .22 revolvers I never bothered getting one.

I basically gifted myself (with wifey approval) a low hours (192hrs) 2004 Polaris 500 ATP w/plow.

ONe month is all I need to catch up on new movies.

New Years present is one month of Netflix.

Yes. I buy myself Christmas gifts and stocking stuffers. Usually the better quality candy that you usually see around Christmas,different flavors of drizzled popcorn,small bags of Harry and David favored coffee/Hot chocolate and a couple bottle’s of Martinelli’s sparkling pear juice. Plus things I run across while shopping that my family wouldn’t know to get. Clothes,books,makeup…other assorted random stuff.

My family is dwindling. We stopped doing gifts a while back. It is really just my teen son and I. I get some gifts, but not many, and that is ok. It is an excuse for me to buy stuff for myself that I really want. So today I bought myself a Formex Essence 43mm chronometer (a watch) and a box of of Warped Corto cigars. Both should arrive next week.
