A lot of negative events occurred during the Obama Error, now in the past 24 hours we get a computer stolen with sensitive data on it from a Secret Service car, now a man runs around on the White House grounds for a full 17 minutes before being caught.

I read the book Rawhide Down on the Reagan assassination attempt. SS was pretty poor but got much better by 1970.
