The people will just move to one of the many suburbs around Seattle. My son lives in a planned community just south of Tacoma and the homes there are selling like hotcakes now because people want out of lib land!

In fairness Joint Base Lewis McCord has a lot to do with that.

I'm not sure why you think that. The base has been downsizing the last few years. My son's last unit was eliminated.
