The Far Left corporation is flying the coup, heading to Tennessee , a state known for sane tax policies.

If Seattle is too socialist for Starbucks, or their former CEO Howard Schultz who previously skipped town for Florida, maybe the city has gone off the deep end?

Is it time for the city to step away from the precipice of extremism, or is this working just as libs had hoped with rich people leaving town and making the income in the town less unequal?

Yeah, they pay less in tax, but the people will lose out.

How will the people lose out at all? The people who are shareholders may be able to enjoy a higher dividend. The people who work for the company will see the buying power of their salaries go up once they move to middle Tennessee.

Because the big companies are getting huge tax breaks, and the people end up picking up the bill.

The EU does things right. They tell every country they can choose a tax rate and every company has to pay that, they can't give huge tax breaks to companies (like Google in Ireland) to move there.

Taxes are out of control in Seattle and the state of Washington just like in CA.... homeless drug addicted people block your doorway and clog up public toilets....
Seattle literally smells bad... really bad...

Go woke. Go broke.

How do you figure the EU "does things right"? The US economy has increased about 87% since 2008 and the EU's has gone up only 13%.

If you go woke, you go broke.

Here in America, The Sanity Belt- Tennessee, Texas and Florida- has gained jobs and residents, libtard areas like Cali , New York and Illinois are collapsing, due to leftist policies.

The problem with "oh look how fast it's increasing" is that the US is doing boom and bust. The politicians doing the bidding of the rich, are making boom and bust which benefits THE RICH.

Last recession, 7 million people lost their homes, most of these people are poorer people who just wanted a home. The rich bought up those houses and then sold them back to the poor later on for three times the price.

In a related story, the Liberal Dystopia of Maryland has been declared a lost cause by a major state official.

He will be leaving the state after his term as he sees no hope with imbeciles like Wes Moore in charge.

I see you have never been to Europe. Energy is very expensive taxes very high wages low and the mean living standard is lower than America. Healthcare is poor. Manufacturing is leaving Europe and coming to America in large numbers.
The less taxes a business pays the better they are able to meet your needs at a lower cost.

Now that the Biden economic train wreck is over the economy is thriving

Since when do poor people in America buy and sell homes?

They rent, and if they get put out of their premises they pitch a tent on the sidewalk and crap on the street.

Well, poor people would probably like to buy homes, but the prices are going through the roof because the rich are buying them all up.

But then it depends what you mean by "poor", I guess.

Seattle is an example of where Modern Liberalism leads. I hope that history is not kind to it.

While their headquarters are to remain in Seattle, most affected will be their IT staff. I've read IT operations will shift there to avoid Washington's idiotic 6.5% tax on IT services.
