A chick flick book- I picked it up because it's about police dogs- K9's- it's a two stories in one book- therefore a twofer- it helped that the fictional town is in Texas- although the topography described is off- a lot.
It's described as a thriller/love story, (but not a tear jerker), - pretty accurate- it also throws in "God", faith, etc., for good measure I suppose, but, I would have been just as happy with the endings if it hadn't.
I liked the parts about the dogs- I love dogs, (and cats), - and when they're involved in a story that makes me like them even more.
