Hardly anything to write scathing letters about however. I'm sure somebody loves her.

Your right. The intent wasn't sinister at all. Hell Sen. Clinton looks worse than the Secretary. That's saying alot coming from Time.

Well, after seeing the complete group of "caricatures" it could be explained as just bad art and design but then again it was just her caricature sitting there on the page with no explanation. . . . after all some other no talent jerk did basically the same thing last year.

I design page layout, It was done for 1 of 2 reasons, either it was done on purpose as a disrespectful, lame ass attempt to make Ms. Rice look sinister and insane or the person that designed it is so incredibly inept and clueless I find it very hard to believe that they are employed much less employed by a major magazine. Either way the editors that approved of the page layout had to have noticed......obvious agenda.

There is an art to decent caricature, it isn't accomplished very often in photoshop playing with the tools available to manipulate a photo.. . . too simple and usually just looks that way. . .Weak. Just my opinion, what do I know?
