The problem in all of that reporting is that those reports don't cite a single case where his gifts to Thomas had any effect on a decision made in the Supreme Court. If that's the standard, members of Congress, on both sides, would need to be kicked out of office. How many junkets do they take where political votes on matter in Congress is actually swayed by the rich and lobbyists?

I read through your links and they appear to be extremely dubious with the authors incorporating they're own generally biased point of view.
You have to pay attention to words such as "likely" and "believed".
These words indicate heresay.
Also, I see no receipts.
Just because some writer says something doesn't mean anything.
If you want to accuse a Supreme Court Justice of taking bribes you should probably bring receipts.
