But this SCOTUS has had a few surprises so I guess we'll see. They might just side with New York after all.

Why on earth would ANY USSC side with a law that requires a person to demonstrate, against an unspecified and subjective standard, a "good reason" to exercise his rights?

Even Kagan, and then Sotamayor and now even Breyer are challenging NY's justification for treating the right to defend yourself differently in different locations.

It is obvious the stammering, stuttering NY Solicitor General has existed in a bubble of leftist thought and has never considered the RKBA could ever be recognized and afforded equal protection.
