He offered very little for the wall, knowing full well he could use more funding each time like some building getting paid in phases, each time he could hold out for more from Trump until the last phase when he would either reject funding or demand the world.

Fund the wall, reform immigration, deal with DACA in a fair and balanced manner, America prospers. Also, look to countries like Canada where there is great discontent and plunder our best and brightest. You will do well as long as those going to America share in your values.
