It appears that the Court has opinions scheduled to be released tomorrow at 10 AM. Very much on the table is birthright citizenship. Like many of my fellow conservatives/Independents, I think it's too heavy a lift for this Court, and we'll end up with nothing changed.

Thoughts?

How can they go against the Constitution? They can't. It'll be the end of the Supreme Court as we know it.

I'm surprised SCOTUS took it on at all.

Vapors will be had bigly by the side that loses.

But hey, I plan to:

I've got an old 20 inch monitor that I never use anymore. I'm going to use that tomorrow morning. It's no big loss if I shoot it.

Yes, I think declaring the constitution doesn't say what it clearly says would be too much of a lift for even this court.

Why? Frankly, it sounds like you are getting upset about a non-issue.

It's been accepted for 125 years since Wong vs. US that people born here are citizens.
