We are looking at an official "changing of the guard". The days of the Manning brothers and Tom Brady are fading fast.

The new prototypical NFL quarterbacks will be RG III and Cam Newton and Colin Kaepernick, and other mobile quarterbacks like Aaron Rodgers and Andy Dalton.

The days of the slow drop-back passers are numbered.

It was a great ride. All we can do is say thanks to Peyton Manning and Tom Brady for some great football memories.

True, but I don't think the aggressive mobile one's will play long, like RG III. Unless RG III changes his style, he will be injured again, and miss half or more of most seasons.
