You beat me to it. My Google must not be working because I couldn't find a picture of said "naked woman".

It's hard to make an assessment as to the guilt or innocence without picture of said naked woman.

It is critical to know if the woman is hot or not. If she’s not hot, then no one cares that she was naked when she shot the man. She may as well had been fully clothed if not hot.

She probably hasn't been charged yet. I looked through the Volusia County booking mugshots and couldn't find a recent booking for homicide.
