Well, someone(Santorum)runs for the presidency with idea's and vision to improve this nation...It appears that Santorum believes based on official stats that blacks have over twice the level of poverty with a large percentage of their population living on food stamps or government monies. As a republican he wants to push blacks to NOT live off of the government, but to find a job and to push their own selfs to improve.

Republicans believe that making your own money gives you a hell of a lot more economic freedom than living off of the government. He is right!
