San Francisco registering non-citizens to vote

Democrats have to get Illegals to vote or else they would never win an election.

Blacks, welfare queens and Moon Bats are not enough. That is what the filthy Democrats found out after losing 1,000 national seats, Congress and the Presidency.

They need the Illegal shitheads.

Better than advocating for the removal of right to vote from american citizens. Voter Id laws are admitted to be exclusional by Republicans but it's a happy coincidence that poor and minorities would be discouraged from voting.
This is always the (Ho Hum) deflection tactic uttered when the subject of MILLIONS of illegal aliens voting (90% for Democrats) is brought up. I have yet to see a case made for ANY Americans having their voting rights removed.

This is while the onslaught of foreigners illegally voting most from Mexico) is tantamount to having a foreign country running our government.

I think local elections are a wee bit different from Federal elections
Illegal Aliens should not be entitled to ANY of the trappings of citizenship, on ANY level - municipal, township, county, state, federal, whatever.

If the story is true, then it should lead to criminal prosecution on whatever charge can be sustained in this context; even if it's a stretch.

Whatever it takes, to hammer the scumbag Liberal officials who are permitting this... time to bitch-slap their ears back.

No, they aren't. They are ILLEGAL. ILLEGALS should get ZERO RIGHTS.

Nothing more than a bullshit ploy to get them voting on national issues. Voting is secret. Is someone going to stand over them to make sure they don't fill out portions of the ballot they are not supposed to?

Everyone wants to call Trump treasonous, well there is the real subversion of our government.

Fuck the left & the illegals

They don’t get the ballot with Federal or state candidates on it. You can’t seriously be that devoid of critical thinking skills.
Sure they don't. You can't be that devoid of common sense.

My common sense works just fine. It tells me that, when I get a ballot, city candidates don't show up on my ballot. In a presidential primary, Republican candidates don't show up on my ballot. I have enough common sense to understand that there are different ballot styles for voters.

Our ballots are all encompassing. All issues, all offices, one ballot. There is no way to stop anyone from voting on any issue they like once the ballot is issued.

So you know what you can do with your common sense

Republicans are that low an IQ.
My iq is 122

I think your paint brush is as broken as your logic

Really? Your presidential primary ballot had Clinton, Sanders, Cruz, Trump, etc all on the same ballot? You sure about that?

I can dig up quotes from Republicans saying they know the laws will mean less poor and minority votes. I've seen research reports that shows the trend as well.

Do you have evidence showing millions of illegal votes? If its true then here's me saying the voting rules be reformed in that area for state and national elections. Now what? Oh no where'd your bs fake narrative go?

Do you care as much that voter Id laws would exclude citizens? What's more important to you?

Look! Another unstable nongenius.

In 2016 they came out of the closet and not only let a felon vote but let a felon run for President....

Now they are openly letting illegals vote...

Way to go, Democratic Socialist Party!

...Do you care as much that voter Id laws would exclude citizens?...
I care very much that all citizens should be able to exercise their right to vote.

Fortunately, voter ID laws do not exclude citizens from voting.

... What's more important to you?
This is not an either-or situation... I can multi-task... I care about both... I care that citizens should be able to vote, and I care that Illegals should not.

San Francisco registering non-citizens to vote

San Francisco is permitting “undocumented immigrants,” as political correctness demands we label them, to register to vote this November in local school board elections. Who doubts this is the first step by the left and Democrats toward full voting rights in state and eventually in federal elections?

Cal Thomas: San Francisco makes it clear what immigration debate is all about -- votes for Democrats

Don't democrats claim this does not happen?
Well they already registered dead people, why not non-citizens.

States have always been allowed to authorize non citizens the right to vote in local, specific, or State elections....

even during our founder's time....

any, if not all states allowed non citizens, and even women, to vote in non federal elections IF THEY OWNED PROPERTY.

San Francisco is registering "illegal aliens" to vote.

RATING
Mixture
WHAT'S TRUE
Some non-citizen San Francisco residents can register to vote in local school board elections.

WHAT'S FALSE
San Francisco is not allowing the non-citizen population at large to register to vote in all elections.

ORIGIN
In November 2016, San Francisco voters narrowly passed Proposition N, which allows some non-citizen parents with children to register to vote in local school board elections beginning in November 2018.

When the San Francisco Board of Elections began issuing voter registration forms for non-citizen voters on 16 July 2018, some web sites catered to the anti-immigration sentiments of their audiences by publishing articles on the topic under headlines such as “San Francisco Begins Registering Illegal Aliens to Vote,” implying to readers that the city was planning to throw their polling place doors wide open to allow everyone, regardless of immigration status, to vote in every election. Social media posts on the subject carried similar implications:

It’s true that non-citizens can now register to vote in San Francisco, but only some non-citizens, and only to vote in one specific type of local election. According to city documents, the new law authorizes “San Francisco residents who are not United States citizens but who are the parents, legal guardians, or caregivers of a child residing in San Francisco to vote in elections for the Board of Education.” Registrants must be at least 18 at the time of the next election, reside in the city of San Francisco, and be parents or caregivers with legal custody of children who also live in San Francisco.

The term “non-citizen” is a broad one that encompasses everyone from lawful permanent U.S. residents (i.e., “green card” holders) who have lived in the United States for many years, to undocumented immigrants lacking a legal basis for prolonged residency in the U.S. Non-citizens are barred by federal law from voting in federal elections, but the choice of whether to allow non-citizens to vote at state or local levels is up to individual state and municipal legislatures. Takoma Park, Maryland for example, has allowed non-citizen residents to vote in City Council elections since 1992.

The reality is that a voter id law based on how its implemented can be a form of a poll tax. This was reinforced by the judicial system. They also decided that poll taxes do exclude people and therefore were in violation of the law. Take for instance a homeless person. They are likely to not have valid id, let alone something up to date to meet voter id standards. If one of them cared enough to want to vote - big if - it would be difficult to jump through the hoops to satisfy the requirements. I know in some areas without a voter id requirement, they can simply state where they sleep and it will be taken as their address. Factually they are citizens but voter id wants to put the burden of proof on them. The only way I'd support that is if there was compromise to address these issues...but there is none that I've heard of. This, as well as direct quoted assertion by GOP politicians, tells me the proponents of voter id requirements are at least a little nefarious in their goal.

This stuff should be understood by reasonable people that are proponents of voter id requirements or any other policy. Its not a debate where the left needs to argue against it because the right ignores the downsides. It's simply understanding the realities and cost/benefit of the policy.

This is nothing but a covert, deflection attempt to keep illegal aliens voting for Democrats, who have lost the support of the American people. so they have to import voters.

Yeah I've seen those "research" reports too. All from liberal propaganda mills. ho hum.

States laws need to be superceded by federal law, in issue of critical national security of our election being hijacked by foreign countries and individuals. US Congress needs to get on it - should have after the Trump voter fraud fiasco.

As for "evidence" of illegal alien voting, there's oodles of it >>

San Francisco registering non-citizens to vote

such actions disenfranchise the legal voters from their state as well as from other states

one or several states should bring action against the state and get the states vote tossed from any federal election
