Washington is bereft of any ideas to improve the lives of average Americans. They go right back to the same bedridden, divisive playbook every time. They pit groups against groups. They have nothing else, and they know it.

The absurd notion that White Supremacy is out of control provides comic relief. The Heyday of the KKK ended six decades ago. Washington cannot justify the damage it has done so it creates replays of times that have long since past.

It works for some. They go to bed at night with visions of Donald Trump and Tucker Carlson in sheets carrying Nazi flags in KKK parades. It is bizarre and dumb.

Ramos is not alone, and he will not be the last. What Washington has done to young white and black men is unforgivable. They can never cover for that damage by importing new citizens.
